We are Gavyaveda and this is our website www.gavyaveda.com. By using our website, you have agreed to purchase our products which are bound by the Terms of Service stated below. If any of these do not sit well with you, please feel free to leave the website and not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using or purchasing any products from the website suggests that you agree with the terms. Additionally, if you continue to use the website, it indicates your acceptance to all the terms listed here.

2. Product Information

Our goal is to offer wellness products like A2 ghee, handmade soaps, Suvarnaprashan, and others with the utmost precision. Because of the natural and artisanal nature of the goods we offer, there may be some minor differences in the color, texture, and packaging of the products that we offer.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We need full payment prior to processing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Provided or pending payments will lead to order delays and can be canceled on our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The estimated delivery time is location based and is provided in checkout.

Weather conditions, logistic delays or any other reasons beyond our control are not the responsibility of Gavyaveda.

All shipments are carefully packed; however, any damages incurred after delivery are not our responsibility.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies

Products dispatched cannot be returned. Thus, we highly recommend that our customers check all details prior to placing an order.

Refunds are issued only after a successful inspection and after meeting our return conditions.

Important: Any exceptions made, if at all, are extremely rare and solely determined by the management.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order is in the processed stage.

For unshipped orders, requests can be sent to info@gavyaveda.com with the order ID. These will be evaluated individually, but such cancellation requests are not assured.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, images, texts, logos, and descriptions posted on our site are owned by us. Gavyaveda (Gau Vedant Sewa Kendra) hold exclusive proprietary copyright and trademark rights over them. Any reproduction without permission is illegal.

8. User Behavior

Users are also prohibited from abusing the site, trying to get into restricted areas without authorization, or operating in any deceitful manner. Such actions could result in suspension of the account or legal consequences.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gavyaveda (Gau Vedant Sewa Kendra) will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the product or delays in delivery of the product. We will only be held liable to the extent of the purchase amount of the item ordered.

These Terms are subject to Indian law. All disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
